Commission TOS

1. As the artist, I have the rights to decline a commission request without an explanation if I'm uncomfortable with the request. To check with this, you may DM me about your request prior to commissioning me.

2. Please send the payment upfront. In some cases though you may send it after you've approved the sketch.

3. I accept USD through Ko-Fi, deviantART points, and occasionally, robux as payment forms.

4. The artist (me) and client will stay in contact at all times. My preferrable communication app is Discord, though deviantART notes/comments, YouTube comments, or Pinterest DMs will work as a fine alternative.

5. You may ask for WIPs (work-in-progresses) at any time.

6. Once the commissioned piece is completed, the client will receive an unwatermarked version of the artwork through either Discord, Img.bb, or email, with the watermarked version uploaded to my socials.

7. You may reupload a commission that I've made for you only if you credit me, this including on other social media platforms.

8. DO NOT reupload a commission that you didn't request.

9. Refunds aren't allowed, but you'll be fully refunded if I can't finish the commission.

10. The estimated turnaround time can range from a day to a week or two, depending on how busy I am. If I haven't finished your commission within a month or longer, you may request a refund.

11. To use my commission works/sell them, you have to pay for the commercial rights fee, which is 50% the price of the commission you've paid for.

12. You may not resell any type of artwork commissions that you've requested from me, unless it's a custom/design. And even so, you cannot resell them for a higher price than you got them for unless extra art is included.

Ordering Proccess

1. You'll send me your request through Ko-Fi with your character reference and other details.

2. I'll accept the order and begin the process.

3. I'll send you a sketch through DMs on any platform of your choice (primarily Discord), and this is where you'll be able to ask for changes.

4. Once you're happy with your sketch, I'll go ahead and finish the drawing. You can ask for WIPs at any time!!

5. After I complete the art, I'll send the final product to you and upload a copy of it to my socials! If you aren't comfertable with your commission being uploaded, please inform my ahead of time. ^^
